First Time OnTap Installation

Desktop: To get started, install Ontap.prc and ontap.pdb using the standard Palm Install App and HotSync(R) process. Details: Drag the ONTAP.PRC and the ONTAP.PDB files from your desktop computer over the Palm Install application that comes with Palm Desktop Software. Perform your normal HotSync!

Handheld: On the handheld, tap on applications and tap on OnTap. If you are prompted for a key, enter your registration key or enter the universal password pocketgram at the Registration dialog and then tap OK. If you've purchased the software, be sure to get your registration key. One key for one handheld is included with your purchase. See How to Get Your Registration Key.
