No matter where you purchase OnTap, we do recommend that you register with us to obtain your personal key to unlock the full potential of OnTap software, add your own custom collections, and allow us to notify you of updates. One key for one handheld is included with your purchase.

How to Get Your Registration Key

Site license users should contact their site license administrators.

For individuals, one key is included with your purchase. You can call 206-923-0901 to order and for key assignment.

If you've just purchased OnTap through one of our resellers, register with us by:

We advise that you get your key as soon as you purchase your software, within a few days.

OnTap comes with one registration key that we will assign you if you fax/send us e-mail. This key lets you add much information as you want to OnTap and is required. See the OnTap in-hand or desktop documentation for details. We will send you your OnTap Registration Key in one to two business days. Be certain to include all of the information as outlined below.

1. Your full name
2. Your company name
3. Your address
4. Your phone number
5. Your e-mail address
6. Your Palm OS HotSync User Name* (specify upper and lower case characters and punctuation exactly)
7. Date and place of purchase
8. Your unique serial number, date, and time that is printed on your "Receipt and Proof of Purchase" from the electronic store where you made your purchase OR to purchase direct, you can fax this payment info to us:
   1. Type of credit card
      
   2. Your Name (exactly as it appears on your credit card)
      
   3. Credit Card Number
      
   4. Card Expiration Date
      
   5. Billing Address Where Your Credit Card Bill is Sent
      
   6. Your Signature: (print, sign in pen, then fax this form to 206-923-0902)
      
9. The tracking code: "PALMTOPPUBLISHING114-200009RM-ONTAP" OR the tracking code you received with your original purchase
10. The make and model of handheld you'll be using
11. Any comments or feedback you'd like to provide

*Finding Your HotSync User Name*

Your unique HotSync User Name can be found in the OnTap Registration Key dialog (look for your HotSync User Name under the word "key") when you tap on the OnTap icon under Applications. If you have not yet installed OnTap, obtain your HotSync name by tapping on the HotSync icon under Applications. If you have a Pilot or PalmPilot, you will see Welcome, HotSync User Name. Be sure to specify upper and lower case characters exactly. If you have a Palm III or greater, you will see your HotSync User Name in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Be sure to specify upper and lower case characters exactly.
